PT10801 is medium-high purity CeO₂  polishing powder made from rare earth carbonate through automatic processes including  deposition, fluoridation, calcination,  pulverization and classification etc , suitable for  polishing TFT or face plate glass  with  high removal rate, and long life time . It can be cleaned very easily.
